Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Fashion Lovers (a store on the Main Site marketplace) on our website or mobile app. The website and app are run by Main Site ("we", "us"), Indore, India. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. A marketplace of stores

Products are listed and sold by independent sellers ("stores"). Each product page and order shows which store sells it. The store is responsible for its products, their description, quality, packing and shipping, and for its invoices and taxes. We provide the website, the app, payments and delivery tools, and help when something goes wrong.

2. Your account

  • Give correct details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • You must be 18 or older, or use the service with a parent or guardian.
  • We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud or harms others.
  • You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

3. Prices, offers and coupons

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless shown otherwise. A crossed-out MRP shows the original price set by the store.
  • Coupon discounts apply to the product amount only, not to the delivery charge. A store's coupon works only on that store's products; one coupon per order.
  • If a price or stock was shown by mistake, the store may cancel the order; any money paid is refunded in full.

4. Orders and delivery

  • One order contains products from one store. Your order is confirmed when you receive the order confirmation.
  • The delivery charge is calculated for your pincode before you pay. Delivery dates are estimates from the courier.
  • Cash on Delivery is available only where the courier allows it.
  • Please check the parcel on delivery and contact the store promptly if anything is missing or damaged.

5. Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). An online order is confirmed only after the payment succeeds. If a payment fails or is cancelled, no order is placed and any amount deducted by your bank is reversed by Razorpay / your bank.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

  • Cancellation: you can cancel an order until it is handed to the courier (My Orders → Cancel order). After that, please contact the store.
  • Refunds: for a cancelled order that was paid online, the store refunds the full amount to your original payment method, usually within 5-7 working days.
  • Returns and exchanges: handled by the store that sold the product, as described on its product page or by contacting the store. Products must be unused and in their original packing.
  • The store may cancel an order it cannot fulfil; you will then get a full refund.

7. Reviews

In the app, reviews can be written by customers who received the product. Reviews must be honest and about the product; no abusive, false, promotional or unlawful content and no personal details. We may remove reviews that break these rules.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website or app: no fraud, fake orders, attempts to break security or access other accounts, automated scraping or anything unlawful. We may block access to protect our users and stores.

9. Liability

We work to keep the service available and correct, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to solve any problem; otherwise the courts at Indore have jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
